After placing your order, it will take approximately 2 Business Days to process your item(s) in our warehouse.

 

After your item(s) leave our warehouse, it will then take approximately 5-11 Business Days for your order to arrive at your shipping address. (add another 1-2 Business Days for non-Domestic countries).

 

Business Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (excluding U.S Federal Holidays)

Our online store is open 24/7 so you can place your order online at any time.

 

Our processing warehouse operates on the standard Monday-Friday Business Day schedule.

 

If you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will not begin processing until the following Monday.

 

It usually takes 2 Business Days of processing before your order ships and leaves our warehouse. After your order leaves our warehouse, it usually arrives within the advertised shipping time estimate.

 

After your order leaves our warehouse, here are the estimated shipping times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 5-11 Business Days
  • Non-Domestic Shipping: 6-12 Business Days
  • Economy Shipping: 6-13 Business Days
  • Remote Island Shipping: 10-20 Business Days

A "Business Day" means any day except Saturday, Sunday, or any observed U.S Federal Holidays.

After your order finishes processing in our warehouse (which takes 2 Business Days), it will then take approximately 5-11 Business Days for your order to arrive at your shipping address. (add another 1-2 Business Days for non-Domestic countries).

 

 

It is normal to not see a "3-5 Day Expedited Shipping" option during the checkout process.

 

Your special "3-5 Day Expedited Shipping" option will only apply for the item(s) you selected it for. If you purchase multiple items, your order will be split into multiple packages and the item(s) with the special "3-5 Day Expedited Shipping" option will still be delivered in 3-5 Business Days as advertised.

 

For the other items in your checkout cart that don't have the special "3-5 Day Expedited Shipping", they will instead be delivered at the normal shipping speed that you selected at the checkout page.

After placing your order, you should receieve an email within 2-4 business days. This email will contain your tracking number(s) for your item(s). If you ordered multiple items, we might split your package and you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

 

Sometimes, tracking numbers will change so we may send you another shipping update email with updated tracking info (this usually takes an additional 3-5 business days).

If your tracking info says "Delivered" but you still haven't received your order, it could be due to one of the following issues:

 

  • Your package was sent to the wrong address by the shipping carrier
  • You typed in an incorrect shipping address during store checkout
  • Your package is being withheld by your apartment manager, landlord, post office, etc.
  • Your package was stolen or misplaced
  • Your package was placed somewhere unusual at your shipping address by the delivery person

Returns

If you accidentally placed an order, you have 48 hours to cancel the order in order to be qualified for an immediate refund and order cancellation.

 

After 48 hours, the item(s) usually already leave our warehouse. In this case, you would need to wait for the item to arrive at your shipping address before requesting a return/refund.
